UEFA Champions League and European Cup

I started documentation for the UEFA Champions League and European Cup - in front of more than 40 seasons, most time will be spent for the past 20 seasons, when the Champions League began to play not only champions, also a simple cup system was completed by group stage (and sometimes even two group stages in season 02/03).
Before 1992 tournament had taken place without champions from the former Soviet Union, as well as representatives of the former Yugoslav republics. And most important - then the European Cup played really champions of their countries, so the count of games was much smaller.
