Notes: 1) Before the 2000 season, FC Lantana Tallinn dissolved and were replaced by FC Lootus Kohtla-Jaerve. 2) FC Kuressaare were awarded the playoff after Tervis withdrew due to unavailability of players active for the Estonian U-18 team. 3) Lelle SK changed the places with FC Valga, which took FC Valga to Meistriliiga and put Lelle SK to Esiliiga. Later Lelle SK moved to Parnu and were renamed JK Tervis Parnu. |
